About this website

This site describes software development, systems integration, hosting, infrastructure and related technical services offered by Up To Code in South Africa. Its examples are provided to explain the kinds of problems Up To Code can address. They are not promises that every project will use the same approach or achieve a particular outcome.

No automatic service agreement

Sending an enquiry does not create a customer relationship or oblige either party to proceed. The scope, price, timing, responsibilities and support arrangements for any paid work must be agreed separately.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep this website useful and accurate, but its content may change and may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable. Nothing on the site is professional legal, financial or compliance advice.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, branding and site design belong to Up To Code. Names and marks belonging to other businesses remain the property of their respective owners. Project-specific ownership and licences are dealt with in the agreement for that project.

Links to third-party websites or communication services are provided for convenience. Up To Code does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
